Commando dps is different to my build as i have think 3/31/6 and will post it at a later date
as for Commando healer there awesome but not my area of knowledge

Ok so i have copied my tree down for anyone to use ,
3/32/6
(medical) 3 points in field training
(assault) Target lock 3 points ./soldiers endurance 3 points
(gunnery) NO picks on the following Steadied aim ./ Concussive force
Full picks on the rest of Gunnery . i have found this works best as other picks may help you heal better (your not a healer) and other picks make plasma cell have bonuses (your main cell is (armour piercing) AP if you go Gunnery
