Everyone is expected to be inside the Operation, stocked and ready to pull for 20:00.

The run is expected to last a minimum of three hours but i would advise making arrangements for at least 4 hours please.

(Already oversubscribed for DPS so please do be early to guarantee a place)

What's the point in being in this guild if the operation's are for the A-Team only!

It seems we have turned into a hardcore operation's guild which are reserved for only the most well equipped members of the guild.

The same thing has happened to Neloo for the EC SM on Wednesday, he clearly signed up before Mel yet Mel gets the spot?

Sort it out.

What happened to being the friendly social RP/PvE guild which we used to be?

i think its hard to please everyone, it's the abundance of Melee DPS that seems to be the problem at the end of the day i think the guidelines had some new rules about posting who was in last weeks operation so when when the new operations is set for the week different people get the spot if they didnt do the operation last week, i signed up first this week but did not get a spot but i attended last week so it seems pretty fair to me, i think either we have to do a fair rotation of DPS or 2 operations running on the same day

after everything i have seen i have edited and sorted stuff out hope this is better and sorry if there are people on second team that signed up before hand

I thought we agreed that for TFB there are 4 DPS slots (either melee or ranged). Maybe it was changed when I was on vacation?

Looks like this is the current lineup though since Pol can come now, will hand it back to him to sort out the logistics. This one is slightly odd due to 4 melee but TFB seems to not disadvantage that here in TFB.

this list is subject to change due to us trying to accomodate so many, a 2nd ops group might be formed.

Note for reserves, I might pug an op somewhere else perhaps with the new people if interested.

Note: Technically under the rest/rotation approach, it is niffs turn to tank and others turn to rest but due to the hoohah this week with people fighting for spots, up to individuals to figure out who comes until the officers figure out the best strategy for ops signups and progression as a guild. We unsuually have 3 reserves so might try to form a second op if they interested.

Please ensure you have read the latest notes on kephass phase 2/3 strategy here and in the public forums and are fully stimmed for 3 hrs so bring at least 2 and dont expect hand outs on the night. Also ensure you can stay for at least 3hrs barring emergencies and have adrenals for kephass phase 3 in your action bar and stocked.

I myself am on reserve as I have a very hectic day preparing for an internal release at work on friday but if I am awesome, should be done and home a little before the op so would rather someone else took my spot just in case but I probably can come if needed as i should hopefully!! be done with work around 6pm british time.

After numerous discussions, good mood has restored and I'm free for a run. But tell me not too late so I can get organized.

I updated the post above with the suggested format and team given those who signed up and those who came previous runs in order to fairly swap people around week on week.

Given we have so many this week plus some new people in guild, might try to form a second ops team with the reserves and others if they are interested.

With that, I will hand the ops lead back to pol since he can now attend!
