Ok the first thing to remember is synthweavers armormech and armstech can make them atm , go to your trainer learn the augment slots , THEN you will need MK1>6 augment component for these basically make a lvl 49>50 green item and reverse engineer them and you will find aswell as the mats it took to build the item you get back you will also get your augment device ,
(WARNING) you need 10 per augment slot and you have 12 slots on your character , do the maths
